The rollout continues for the Liberal government’s federal dental plan.
Ottawa is expected to expand eligibility for the program today to include children under 18 and people who receive a disability tax credit.
Government estimates suggest 1.2 million more people will now be able to apply for the program.
Federal ministers have said eligibility will be fully expanded to include everyone who meets income criteria by January of next year.
Applicants must be uninsured and have a household income of under 90-thousand-dollars per year.
