A tip-off about an impaired driver in Grand Bend on July 20th prompted Lambton County OPP to act fast.
Officers found the vehicle and driver shortly after receiving the report and as a result a 29 year old from Waterloo, was charged.
The driver was charged with:
Driving with a blood alcohol concentration over 80
Driving while under suspension
The drivers license was suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was impounded for seven days. The driver was released and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia at a later date.
