Pharmacists roles may soon be expanding once again.
Last year the province introduced the ability for pharmacies to treat 19 common ailments and are now exploring adding 14 more to the list.
Health Minister Sylvia Jones went into the details.
Some of the additional comment ailments you may soon be able to see a pharmacist about include sore throats, mild headaches, and calluses.
According to Jones, over one million assessments have been completed since the expanded responsibilities were introduced last year with a 99% pharmacy participation rate.
