It’s summer barbeque season, peak vacation time…and don’t forget about those pina coladas and margaritas at the local bar.
It’s often a time where we indulge a bit too much.
Using a smaller PLATE at home or at that friend’s barbeque is one good tip from registered nutritionist Lianne Phillipson, and obviously, be careful about what you cram onto it.
Another one is being PRESENT.
Phillipson says being AWARE of the food you’re eating is important too…and taking time to enjoy it, instead of just scarfing it down.
