On August 4th Huron County OPP charged a Dublin resident with impaired driving after a traffic stop in Goderich.
Just before 10:30 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Mitchell Street in Goderich. They found the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside breath test failed, so the driver was arrested and taken to the OPP detachment for further tests, which showed readings over the legal limit.
A 25 year old from Dublin, has been charged.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days, and the driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
