Froggy Fest 2024 is set for Saturday (Sept 21) in Goderich.
Bethany Ann Davidson with World Rooted, the Art Project for People tells myFM what the day is all about.
Davidson explains why they’ve been doing this for three years now.
It started with a friend of Davidson’s wondering what they could do to encourage people to care about the environment more. She’d had an issue with her local municipality dismissing her concerns. And the event has grown from there.
Davidson says there’s lots of free, fun crafts for everyone on Saturday.
And reptile and amphibian guests will be on hand as well.
Froggy Fest 2024 starts at 8am and runs until 1pm Saturday.
