If you’re a user of Huron Shores Transit in our area, a cancellation notice for you. Effective October 1st, the company will discontinue its 8 pm Route 4, Trip 3 evening bus service between Grand Bend, Parkhill, Ailsa Craig, and Strathroy due to low ridership.
Launched in November 2023 to meet resident demand for extended hours, Trip 3 offered evening travel options but saw limited use over the past 10 months. Despite initial interest, ridership on the evening run has remained low. HSAT will continue to operate Route 4, Trips 1 and 2, following the regular schedule.
