The Ontario Clean Water Agency will flush the watermains in Bluewater from September to November, Monday to Friday.
The work will happen in stages: Hensall from September 30th to October 4th, Zurich from October 7th to 11th, the Bluewater Lakefront system from October 14th to 25th, Bayfield from October 21st to November 1st, and Varna on November 21st.
You might see discolored water or changes in water pressure during this period. If so, remove tap aerators and run cold water until clear, and flush your hot water tank to prevent iron buildup.
