The Municipality of Bluewater has been informed that Hydro One will be doing forestry maintenance in Bluewater this fall and winter. Properties that will be affected should have received a notice from Hydro One.
In Bluewater, the maintenance will involve removing certain plants, including brush (plants smaller than four inches in diameter) and dead or dangerous trees. Plants that need to be removed will have orange paint or tape on them, while plants that need trimming will have yellow paint or tape. If any trees are cut down on your property, the wood will be left there. In areas with a lot of brush, machines may be used.
