There have been years where kids have had to wear snowsuits under their Halloween costumes…but THIS HALLOWEEN…it’s going to be warm!
Unfortunately, there’s also a pretty good chance of rain or even a thunderstorm.
Environment Canada is calling for the risk of a thunderstorm late this afternoon and gusty winds…with a temperature around 23 and feeling even warmer.
The chance of rain remains at about 60 percent into the evening as well.
