Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is searching for a dog involved in an incident that happened in Stratford on Monday, November 18th around 6:30 p.m. The incident occurred at the end of TJ Dolan Drive, on the stone steps leading to the Huron Street bridge.
The dog is described as large, light brown, and possibly a Cane Corso or mastiff mix. It was being walked on the steps by a woman with medium-length brown hair, wearing a coat.
HPPH is investigating to confirm whether the dog’s rabies vaccination is up to date. The health unit reminds everyone to get the contact details of an animal’s owner in case of an incident.
