TikTok is fighting back against the federal government.
The company filed documents in Federal Court challenging the order to shut down its operations in Canada as they say hundreds of jobs will be lost and an estimated $250,000 in contracts they have with Canadian advertising clients would be terminated.
The Federal government move last month forced TikTok to close its operations in Canada but the app would still be allowed to be used by Canadians.
