On January 16th, at 6:06 p.m., Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance in North Middlesex.
As a result, a 45-year-old resident of Middlesex County has been charged with spousal assault under the Criminal Code.
The individual has been released and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
