On January 18th, Huron County OPP responded to a dispute in Bayfield, which is in the Municipality of Bluewater.
After investigating, the OPP found that the suspect had allegedly assaulted another person.
A 42-year-old from London, was arrested and charged with assault under the Criminal Code.
The accused was processed and released, with a court date set for February at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich.
