An event coming up later this month will help residents in Exeter and area deal with some very important HEALTH ISSUES.
Certified mental health/first aid facilitator Grace Bonnett gives us more details.
Bonnett explains what training individuals will get.
Bonnett says it’s very evident, especially in our rural communities, that mental health and substance use issues are on the rise.
She says many of us know someone who is struggling.
