Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Huron has been named the myFM Community Partner for the month of February. Amy Wilhelm, the organization’s executive director, expressed excitement about the recognition and the opportunity to highlight the valuable programs and services they provide to local youth.
The organization’s mission is to create strong mentoring relationships to help young people reach their full potential.
Big Brothers Big Sisters also runs youth empowerment programs such as “Go Girls! Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds” and “Game On! Eat Smart, Play Smart.” These eight-week programs are designed to empower young people and promote healthy lifestyles.
