The Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup is back for its 9th season. It challenges U10-U15 minor hockey teams across Canada to do kind acts and make a positive difference in their communities. This year, there are three big prizes. The grand prize is $100,000, and the second and third place teams will each win donations of $20,000 and $10,000 to a registered Canadian charity of their choice.
From now until March 6, youth hockey teams in Canada will be completing Good Deeds in their communities. As teams submit their Good Deeds, a live leaderboard will show the top teams, and a tracker will count how many Good Deeds have been done across the country. The first 50 teams to sign up will get a $250 pizza party to start their efforts.
The team with the most Good Deeds will have their name added to the Good Deeds Cup and will also get a prize to donate to a Canadian charity.
