Huron and Perth County OPP are warning residents that March is coming in like a lion, bringing dangerous winter weather. Blowing snow and whiteout conditions are making roads unsafe, and police have been responding to multiple crashes and vehicles stuck in ditches.
Officials are asking drivers to stay off the roads to keep themselves and first responders safe. Police, firefighters, paramedics, and tow truck drivers are all at risk due to the hazardous conditions.
