Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a South Huron resident following an incident on Saturday, March 8th.
At 10:00 a.m., police received several 911 calls from an individual who was misusing the emergency line. Officers responded and spoke with the person, who was arrested for public mischief. During the arrest, the individual resisted and assaulted three police officers.
A 44 year old from South Huron, has been charged with public mischief, three counts of assaulting a peace officer, and resisting arrest.
