A 63-year-old Lambton Shores resident is facing impaired driving charges after a crash in South Huron on March 4th.
Just before 4:00 p.m., Huron County OPP responded to a report of a pickup truck that had rolled onto its side on Airport Line. Officers spoke with the driver and determined they were impaired.
The driver was arrested and taken to the Huron OPP detachment in Clinton, where breath tests showed alcohol levels over the legal limit.
A 63 year old has been charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days, and the driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
