Community Futures Lambton (CFL) has launched a new grant program, offering $40,000 in funding to support community economic development projects across Lambton County for the 2025/2026 fiscal year. Eligible organizations, including charitable entities, non-profits, accredited service clubs, social service organizations, and recognized educational institutions, can apply for grants ranging from $500 to $5,000.
The initiative aims to empower local organizations to drive impactful projects in categories such as youth initiatives, tourism growth and promotion, volunteer development, social and cultural events, innovation and technology, and skills development, education, and training.
Applications are open from March 1 to March 31, 2025, with successful applicants to be announced on April 14, 2025. Projects must occur between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026. Applicants are required to submit a comprehensive project summary detailing deliverables, key tasks, timelines, and a budget. Grant recipients must also acknowledge CFL as a project funder in related materials and events.
This grant program is part of CFL’s commitment to investing in and collaborating with community partners to support initiatives that drive economic growth in the region.
