Huron Christian School is hosting a stand-up comedy night to raise funds for special needs students. The event will take place on Friday, March 21, at Trinity Christian Reformed Church in Goderich. Doors open at 7:00 p.m., and the show will run from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Principal Michael Huizenga told myFM the details.
Attendees can enjoy a night of laughter with two comedians performing, along with some snacks and a chance to socialize afterward.
The fundraiser aims to support the purchase of sound systems to help students with hearing difficulties, including those who are deaf or have central auditory processing disorders. These systems benefit the entire class by helping everyone hear the teacher’s voice clearly.
No tickets are required—just show up and consider making a donation to support this important cause. Huizenga hopes the event will bring the community together for a fun evening while raising money for a great purpose.
If you’d like to support Huron Christian School’s efforts, join them at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 245 Mill Road, Goderich, for a night of laughter and community.
