A new season is kicking off this Saturday at Grand Bend Speedway and Family Centre.
The multi-use motor sports facility, just southeast of the Bend, is a popular spot…and since the addition of go karts, it’s gotten even more popular.
Owner Tabitha Van Bruwaene says one other change hasn’t hurt either.
Bruwaene says there are some new events this year incorporating a 1-mile track…as opposed to just the 1/4 mile track.
