Huron County OPP have charged a man after property was damaged on Kingston Street in Goderich.
On April 25th, police were called about damage to a public bench. Officers quickly identified and arrested a suspect nearby. A 42 year old of no fixed address, has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and failing to follow a probation order. He was taken into custody, attended a bail hearing, and remains in custody. He is scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich.
