Lately, there has been an increase in calls to the emergency line for non-urgent matters. This line is intended for serious issues that happen outside of regular office hours, such as watermain breaks or sewage backups. It is not meant for things like billing questions or booking appointments. These types of inquiries should be handled during regular business hours by contacting the utilities clerk at 519-236-4351, extension 231.
