If you’ve got a garage full of forgotten finds or a closet packed with “maybe I’ll use that someday” items, now’s your chance to give them a second life.
Brussels is getting ready to host its Town-Wide Yard Sales tomorrow (Saturday) and everyone is invited to take part. Whether you’re looking to clear out the clutter or hunt for hidden gems, this is a community event where one person’s old stuff becomes someone else’s new favourite.
The sales will take place across the municipality and give residents the chance to connect, shop, and share. It’s also a great opportunity to explore new neighbourhoods and discover something special.
Registration is now open, and if you’d like to add your yard sale to the official map, you can sign up online at huroneastasksresidents.ca/town-wide-yard-sales. Participating homes will be featured so shoppers know exactly where to stop.
So dig through the attic, clean out those cupboards, and dust off that bike you haven’t ridden since 2010, because your unused items might be just what your neighbour has been looking for.
Whether you’re buying or selling, it’s all about community, connection, and giving old items a brand-new purpose.
