Exeter’s downtown is seeing new energy this summer thanks to a fresh event series called Stroll and Social Wednesdays, hosted by the Exeter BIA. These weekly events are a brand-new way to bring the community together and encourage people to explore local shops, parks, and history.
On June 25th, the final event in the series will take place, and the theme that day is all about local history. Starting around 9:00 a.m., volunteers will lead a historical walking tour through downtown Exeter, sharing stories and facts about the town’s past. Hill said it’s a great way to connect with Exeter’s roots as Canada Day approaches.
