A 27-year-old from Huron East is facing charges after police responded to a report involving intimate partners earlier this month.
On June 7th, members of the Huron County OPP investigated a situation in the Municipality of Huron East. Following their investigation, police determined that the suspect had allegedly committed criminal acts against their partner.
The individual was arrested and charged with spousal assault and two counts of domestic mischief. They were held for a bail hearing and have since been released. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on July 7, 2025.
