The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board is proud to announce that it has approved a balanced budget for the 2025–2026 school year. This continues the board’s strong tradition of careful financial planning and commitment to students and staff.
Each year, all school boards in Ontario must submit their budgets by June 30. The Huron-Perth board continues to meet this deadline while ensuring its budget supports key priorities and meets provincial requirements.
This year’s budget fully supports the goals laid out in the board’s 2024–2027 strategic plan. That includes promoting Catholic faith development among students and staff and continuing to focus on strong literacy and math learning. The goal is to help every student succeed while staying true to Catholic values.
The 2025–2026 budget outlines total revenue and spending at just over $85.8 million. It includes funding for over 3,300 elementary and nearly 1,200 secondary students. The budget meets all Ministry of Education requirements and reflects the board’s commitment to student success and responsible spending.
