The Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority (ABCA) reminds everyone that camping overnight is not allowed on any land owned or managed by ABCA.
Camping on these properties is against the law and can lead to charges.
ABCA staff and their enforcement officers make sure these rules are followed.
These rules are based on laws like the Trespass to Property Act and the Conservation Authorities Act.
People are only allowed to use ABCA lands during the daytime.
To find out more about what is allowed and what is not, visit the ABCA website.
