The driver, a 32-year-old of London, was charged with impaired operation due to alcohol and drug use, as well as operation while impaired with blood alcohol over 80. He was also charged under the Highway Traffic Act for driving on a closed road.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days, and the driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days.
