Exeter’s Business Improvement Area (BIA) is inviting families to a free “Touch a Truck” event on Saturday, October 4th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Canadian Tire parking lot.
Caroline Hill, Business Manager of the BIA, said the event will let kids get up close to big trucks they normally see on the road.
The event is a fun way for children to explore different vehicles while also learning about safety.
Hill said the BIA has filled the event for this year but hopes to expand it in the future.
Families are welcome to drop in for free and enjoy the hands-on experience with trucks and safety demonstrations.
