Nicholas Shipman, the man convicted in the 2018 triple homicide that shocked Six Nations, has died at Millhaven Institution near Bath.
The Simcoe Reformer are reporting that the death is under review, and a coroner has been notified to determine the cause.
The 43-year-old was serving an 18-year sentence for the manslaughter deaths of Melissa Miller, Alan Porter, and Michael Jamieson.
