Exeter United Church will hold its annual Harvest Sale, organized by the women’s fellowship group. Ann Johns, coordinator of the group, says the event will feature something for everyone.
The Harvest Sale has a long history at the church.
Last year, the event returned to the church building, providing more space and shelter from the weather.
John’s noted community events like this are very important to Exeter United Church.
The church is currently in talks to amalgamate with Hensall United Church and plans to continue outreach in the Hensel community, including monthly bagged lunches and seasonal events. One upcoming event is the Children’s Halloween Party on Saturday, October 25th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hensel Community Christian Church.
Proceeds from the Harvest Sale will support church capital projects and outreach programs.
For more information, visit Exeter United Church on Facebook, check their website, or call the church directly. The event will be held Saturday, October 25th, from 10am to 2pm
