Exeter BIA is inviting pet owners to take part in the Pet Costume Parade during the Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree this Saturday from 5:30PM-6:00PM and there’s still plenty of space for contestants, and pets don’t even need to wear a full costume – owners can include their pets as part of their own costume!
