With no home games for the Hawks this weekend, it’s a great time to take a look at the season so far. Exeter has been off to a strong start, winning eight of their first eleven games. The team has shown energy and skill, especially in front of their home crowd at the South Huron Arena, where fan support has been strong all season.
After a tough opening loss, the Hawks found their rhythm and have put up solid performances both at home and on the road. Their offense has been sharp, with big wins against teams like Mt. Brydges, Port Stanley, and Lucan, while their defense continues to hold strong in key moments.
The Hawks are currently 5th in the West Yeck Division. With plenty of games still ahead, the Hawks are proving they’re a team to watch this season as they continue to climb the standings.
The Hawks are in action tonight on the road against Thamesford, then on the road again tomorrow in North Middlesex.
