Middlesex County OPP are investigating a suspicious person incident that happened early on November 20th, in North Middlesex.
Around 1:30 a.m., officers were called to a property on McGillivray Drive after reports that someone was trespassing on a rural property. Police arrived, found the individual, and made an arrest.
As a result, a 51-year-old from North York, has been charged with Trespassing at Night under the Criminal Code.
