Craigwiel Gardens, part of Fairview Parkwood Craigwiel Communities (FPCC), has been named one of Canada’s most admired corporate cultures in the “Broader Public Sector” category by Waterstone Human Capital. This marks the second time FPCC has earned this three-year designation.
Elaine Shantz, President and CEO of FPCC, said the award reflects the team’s focus on kindness and care. “We are honoured to be recognized as a best-in-class Canadian organization,” she said. “More than 90% of our staff would recommend our campuses as a place to work, and over 70% of our leadership roles are filled internally.”
The organization credits its staff for their dedication to excellent care and community involvement. Employees volunteer on committees, support each other, and organize charity events to raise funds for local hospitals and residents.
