Just as busy as snowplow and tow truck drivers right now…are furnace repair folks. Many are being inundated with calls about furnaces that aren’t working properly or have quit working entirely.

Hamilton says there are three main issues with furnaces that they’re coming across.
If there was one big piece of advice Hamilton could give homeowners…it would be to keep outdoor vents clear.
Hamilton says his team of 30 is working very hard right now to get to customers as quickly as possible including shuffling schedules around. He suggests if you’re waiting for a furnace repair person, try to keep as much heat in the house as possible and know they’re doing their best to get to you.
