The Exeter Legion is offering free tech help for seniors during the month of March.
Barb Willard, President of the Exeter Legion, says the classes are designed to help seniors learn how to use their devices and solve common technology problems.
Willard says many seniors are switching to iPhones and other newer devices and sometimes need help understanding how they work. Instructors will sit down one-on-one with participants to answer questions and help fix problems.
The classes will also cover how to recognize scams.
The sessions are drop-in and do not require registration. Seniors can simply show up at 10 a.m. on Mondays in March with their device and any questions they may have. Willard says the instructors are patient and willing to spend extra time with anyone who needs more help.
Willard says the Legion is pleased to offer the program and support local seniors and veterans in the community.
