A Hamilton man has been charged with threatening Ontario Premier Doug Ford. The OPP says 25 year old Lucas Bauer was taken into custody yesterday (Sunday) and charged with one count of uttering threats to cause bodily harm or death. Police have not released any information on the nature of the threat. The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Toronto on April 13th. This is the second person in the span of four days to be charged with threatening the Premier. A 20 year old man from Alliston, Ontario was also charged last Thursday with uttering threats to harm Doug Ford. It’s not clear if the two incidents are related.
