There are just two weeks left to apply for the 2026 South Huron Community Grants, with the deadline set for April 1st.
The grants support a wide range of local projects, including youth programs, community services, health initiatives, environmental efforts, and arts and cultural activities. Organizers say the funding helps bring important ideas to life across South Huron.
In spring 2025, the South Huron Advisory Committee awarded $15,900 to 15 local organizations, along with two scholarships. The funding helped support programs that benefit residents throughout the community.
Grants are available for projects focused on areas such as children and youth, health and physical activity, education, social services, the environment, diversity and inclusion, and arts and culture.
Eligible organizations are encouraged to apply before the April 1st deadline. More information and the application form can be found online at the Sunset Community Foundation website.
