TOMORROW: The Power of your Breath for your Overall Wellbeing – 4 Week Breathwork Series 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm Join us at the Dashwood Community Centre (158 Centre St Dashwood) for a 4 week series where breathwork practices are shared, explained and integrated to: -Manage stress -Reduce anxiety symptoms -Increase sleep quality -Assisting your body to maximize its metabolic functions. These 4 weeks are simply a taste of functional breathing but enough time to show you how powerful your own breath really is. This program takes place on Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:15PM beginning Thursday April 9th – Thursday April 30th. The cost of registration is $80 +HST.
