Huron Perth Public Health is asking for the public’s help in identifying a dog involved in an incident in Clinton.
The incident happened on April 20th at around 8:20 p.m. in front of a home on Albert Street. The dog is described as a small to medium-sized terrier with orange and white fur. The owner is believed to be a man of medium build who was wearing a plaid sweater at the time.
After the incident, the man and the dog were seen walking toward the Circle K.
Public health officials say they are investigating to confirm the dog’s rabies vaccination status. They are reminding residents to always try to get contact information from the owner if they are involved in an incident with an animal.
