TODAY: South Huron Strides 10:00 am – 11:00 am Start your Tuesdays with a refreshing guided walk along the scenic MacNaughton-Morrison Trail. This program is open to all fitness levels, making it a great way to stay active at your own pace. Participants also have the option to try Urban Poling walking poles—an excellent way to add a gentle, full-body workout while improving stability and support. Meet at MacNaughton Park at 10:00 AM. This program runs Tuesdays from May 5th – September 29th, weather permitting.

TOMORROW: Youth Badminton 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Calling all youth ages 12 – 14 years! Join us on Wednesday evenings at the South Huron District High School in the large gym (92 Gidley Street East, Exeter) for our Youth Badminton Program. This program takes place on Wednesdays from May 6th – May 27th from 5:30-6:30PM. The cost is $3.00 per play (exact change required). Whether you’re brand new to badminton or already love the game, everyone is welcome. Nets and birdies are provided, please bring your own racquet.
