Residents looking for a fun way to spend a summer afternoon are invited to head to Dashwood for games, laughs, and a cool glass of lemonade.
The Dashwood Community Centre Pavilion is hosting Lawn Games and Lemonade every Wednesday from June through August, giving people a chance to enjoy some friendly competition and relax outdoors.
The weekly program runs from 1 to 3 p.m. and features classic lawn games including cornhole, magnetic lawn darts, ladderball, bocce ball, and bean bag toss.
For just $3, participants can join in the fun and enjoy a refreshing glass of lemonade. No pre-registration is needed.
Organizers say it is a great way for community members to get outside, stay active, and connect with others during the warmer months.
