A Goderich resident is facing several charges following an intimate partner violence investigation by the Huron County OPP.
Police say officers investigated an incident involving intimate partners in Goderich on June 3rd. As a result of the investigation, a 35-year-old Goderich resident was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon involving an intimate partner, as well as two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
The accused was taken into custody and held for a bail hearing. The case is scheduled to continue in the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich.
