The 3rd annual Highland Games and Scottish Festival takes place this Saturday in Ailsa Craig.
The day starts with a community breakfast at 8, there are vendors, food trucks, workshops, music, dancing, a tug of war and even a Scottie dog picnic.
John Mombourquette is the Chair of the Highland Games and Scottish Festival committee.
He says the evening ends with a very popular local band that fits the theme perfectly.
Mombourquette says entry is by donation, so everyone should feel welcome to attend…just bring a lawn chair!
