A West Perth driver is facing impaired driving charges after a multi-vehicle crash in South Huron.
Huron County OPP responded to the crash on Road 164, just north of Kirkton, shortly after 10:40 a.m. on August 11th.
The crash involved a semi-truck and car hauler trailer, an SUV and a passenger car. Police say the driver of the passenger car had consumed alcohol before getting behind the wheel and was arrested.
The driver provided breath samples that were over the legal limit.
Minor injuries were reported by people involved in the crash.
A 52-year-old West Perth resident has been charged with impaired operation, driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, dangerous operation and a seatbelt offence.
