A South Huron man is facing impaired driving charges following a two-vehicle crash in Bluewater.
Huron County OPP, Huron County Paramedic Services and South Huron Fire Department responded to the crash on Dashwood Road between Ausable Line and Airport Line just after 11:40 a.m. Sunday, August 23rd.
The crash involved an automobile and a minivan. Police say the driver of the automobile had consumed alcohol before driving and was arrested for impaired operation.
The driver provided breath samples at South Huron Hospital in Exeter. Police say the results were over the legal limit.
Minor injuries were reported by people in the vehicles.
A thirty-nine-year-old of South Huron has been charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, and dangerous operation.
